The Nurse Navigator Project in Nablus

The Mariam Foundation for Cancer in collaboration with the Nablus Women’s Action Society organized a specialized awareness workshop on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, as part of the Nurse Navigator Project.

The session was led by Dr. Qamar Maqbool, a pharmacist from the Mariam Doctors team, alongside Nurse Navigator Najwan Yahya. The event saw remarkable engagement from the audience, who expressed great interest in the concept of the Nurse Navigator and its vital role. Participants also learned about other important topics, such as comprehensive health insurance for cancer patients.

The Mariam Foundation and the Nablus Women’s Action Society affirm that such workshops play a crucial role in raising health awareness and encouraging women to undergo early screening—because early detection saves lives.
