In cooperation with Dura Girls Secondary School, the Mariam Foundation for Cancer Support organized a specialized awareness workshop on Wednesday, 22/10/2025, as part of the Nurse Navigator Project.
The session was delivered by Nurse Navigator Bara’a Rajoub. The students and teachers showed remarkable engagement with the concept of the Nurse Navigator and the importance of her role. Participants also learned about other essential topics such as self-examination and its importance, as well as comprehensive health insurance for cancer patients.
The Mariam Foundation and Dura Girls Secondary School affirm that such workshops play a fundamental role in raising health awareness and encouraging women to undergo early screening, as early detection saves lives. All these efforts aim to change the journey of cancer patients in Palestine.
