“Mariam Theater” is a cultural and community space established by the Mariam Foundation with a clear long-term vision: creating sustainable income that allows the foundation to continue supporting cancer patients and their families independently and consistently.
The project was created from the belief that humanitarian work should not rely only on temporary donations or conditional funding. Through Mariam Theater, the foundation aims to build a self-sustaining model where culture, art, and community engagement become a source of continuous support for its humanitarian mission.
Why Mariam Theater?
Mariam Theater is designed to host plays, concerts, film screenings, workshops, lectures, community events, and creative initiatives that enrich the local cultural scene and provide a platform for artists, youth, and organizations. At the same time, the theater operates as a sustainable social enterprise, where revenues generated through events, rentals, and productions are reinvested directly into the work of the Mariam Foundation.
