“Breast Cancer Awareness: The Role of Physical Activity in Healing and Recovery”

The Mariam Foundation, in collaboration with Bethlehem University – Department of Applied Sciences and specialized Pilates instructor Ms. Silvia Ghattas, is pleased to invite you to a special awareness event in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

This event aims to highlight the importance of early detection, genetic testing, and the role of physical activity – especially Pilates – in recovery and in promoting both mental and physical health, as part of the Pink October campaign.
